FOBA M-Series
The M-Series consists of advanced manually loaded laser marking workstations for the precise and economic processing of small, large and geometrically complex workpieces as well as small and large batches of parts.
For stand-alone operation in laser class 1, we offer turnkey-ready and custom laser processing machines in the form of manual workstations or special machines. Our laser marking machines adapt with various powers and lasers, such as UV lasers, and thus always allow the most economical and optimal configuration for the application in question.
Due to their low wavelength and the relatively low heat input during marking, UV lasers are ideally suited for the high-contrast laser marking of sensitive and delicate materials, such as glass, certain plastics (silicones, white polyamides) or ceramics.
Rigid machine (polymer concrete), Laser marking with fully integrated vision alignment and inspection (option)
Integration into customer processes (interfaces, additional axes), Various laser systems available, Accessories and options for optimal customization
Filigree, high-contrast markings without additives
Safety and integrity for sensitive and critical materials
Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book.
It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software.

The M-Series represents FOBA's new generation of laser marking machines. The advanced laser marking systems M2000 and M3000 of the M-Series process work pieces as well as batches and small series precisely and efficiently. Learn more about the three models of FOBA M2000 and M3000 and the wide range of possible applications!
Sophisticated applications are our specialty: be it grayscale marking or image marking for ID cards and security documents, day/night design for the coating layer removal from automobile interiors or medical technology. FOBA's system, machine and process solutions cover the complete range of procedures for laser marking and laser engraving and mark or engrave countless materials in the most varied industry branches.
FOBA's V.0020-uv marking laser achieves high-contrast marks on sensitive materials using an ultraviolet wavelength. As the vector scanning laser impacts the product's surface photo-chemically and with reduced peripheral heating, the heat effect of laser marking on substrates and materials can be kept to a minimum. With a typical pulse duration of 20 ns and a beam diameter of 10 µm, the V.0020-uv laser marking system only colors the surface instead of foaming the material, which means less impact on the product. Therefore it is possible to mark even highly sensitive and previously unmarkable material with FOBA's pioneering UV laser marker.
